I could see the thunderclouds chasing me in the rear-view mirror on the way to the beach for Stephanie and Adam’s Engagement Session. But as it goes in Florida, it’s not raining until you’re wet, and when it’s raining…well, you’re gonna be wet. 🙂 At any rate, we weren’t yet wet so we agreed that we’d make the most of it and start shooting. One of the best things about shooting in the rain is that nobody else wants to be on the beach at that time. We had the place to ourselves (Fort DeSoto, North Beach), which I love. Stephanie and Adam were so natural with each other that I barely had to say anything. It was so fun! The cloudy diffused light was perfect for the photos too, so we went as long as we could until we were all pretty thoroughly soaked. 🙂 Thanks so much to you both for being such good sports for this one. It’s funny that some of my favorite wedding and engagement photos were taken in the rain. Hmmmm, so do I WANT it to rain?? Well, I wouldn’t go that far… 🙂 Pics below….
